Bespoke training plans are the way forward if you have a BIG goal, and want to meet it with a BIG effort, to achieve a BIG outcome.
What's Included?

Structured Training Plan
We use Training Peaks, an online centralised workout hub that allows us to plan, track and analyse your training. It's interactive, so feedback is easy from athlete to coach and visa versa.
- Progressive training is added to your plan every 4 weeks
- Then your progress is reviewed every week and feedback given.
- Training is based on baseline testing, to establish your unique strengths and weaknesses.
- Your training plan is structured towards your races, using a personalised annual training plan.

Communication
Truly great coaching is down to effective communication.
- Regular access to coach via 1-2-1 calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Weekly feedback on individual training sessions to allow for growth.
- Well structured coaching calls to educate, motivate and celebrate your journey so far.

Summary
Within your monthly coaching fee you’ll receive:
- Initial 1-2-1 coaching call to establish goals.
- Analysis of current fitness and strengths/weaknesses.
- Explanation and set up of Training Peaks including FREE upgrade to Premium Account
- Annual Training Plan based on goals and races.
- Weekly bespoke training plan, accessible via an app.
- Monthly 1-2-1 call with Head Coach.
- Weekly feedback on sessions.
- WhatsApp access to Head Coach.

I'm Lou Harris
Salt. Founder & Head Coach
I'm also a World Triathlon Age Group Bronze & Silver medallist, 2 x World Ironman Kona finisher & World 70.3 finisher. I have 10 Ironman races under my belt, over 20 x 70.3 races, and in 2023 became the fastest woman to cycle solo from Land's End - John O'Groats and back (Guinness World Record).
But it wasn't all that long ago I couldn't ride a bike or swim 6 laps of a 25m pool!
Triathlon has been an incredible personal and sporting journey. Now nothing makes me happier than helping others turn their triathlon goals into reality.
