Our famous Swim Challenge is BACK for another year 🤸🏼‍♀️

  • Swim Coaching via videos, Zoom meet ups, personal feedback on WhatsApp and a bespoke swim plan for your stage of swimming.  
  • Video analysis of not just your swimming, but your clubmates too so you can start to coach yourself and others around you. 
  • Hints and tips on event prep, nutrition, S&C, Pilates, mindset, training and more. 
  • Kit analysis what is good, what can be left on the shelf! Plus exclusive discounts.

Who is the Swim Challenge for?

 

Exclusively available for Mojo Tri Club members (YOU!)  who would like to..

  • Improve their swim technique for triathlon, swim events, or just for their own passion for swimming.
  • Improve confidence swimming in a wide variety of locations (sea, lake, pool, river) 
  • Improve tactics for events; pacing, swimming with others, fuelling, sighting etc
  • Meet other like-minded ladies from the club, perhaps arrange meet ups?!
  • Enjoy learning how to coach yourself and others around you. 
  • Discover new ideas to give your swimming a 'glow up'
  • Gain inspiration from others 
  • Find your Mojo again with swimming 🤗

 

 

Details

 

Location: Via Zoom, WhatsApp & possibly in person. I try and see as many Mojos as possible in the year so you may be (erm) lucky 🤠

Dates:

Wednesday 28th May kick off - 6:30pm on Zoom. 

Then we will roll for 6 weeks. Sometimes we meet on Zoom, sometimes its a task or a video you will have released to you on a Wednesday. 

All calls are recorded so if you can't make this week then no problemo!  

Cost: ZILCH!

Hello! I'm Lou

Mojo's Founder & Head Coach   

I'm also a Sports Development professional, World Age Group silver & bronze medallist, 2 x Ironman & 70.3 World Champs finisher & Guinness World Record Holder. 

But ... it wasn't all that long ago I couldn't ride a bike or swim 6 laps of a 25m pool.

Swimming has been an incredible personal and sporting journey. Now nothing makes me happier than helping other women turn their swimming goals into reality.

I coach over 400 women a year via 1-2-1 swim coaching lessons in Bristol, plus I travel around coaching Mojo athletes in person as well as online. I have run 8 swim and triathlon camps and been asked to coach other triathlon clubs in the past 10 years. 

This is the 6th year Mojo has hosted a Swim Challenge, I love them so much. We get deep into the topic of swimming, we 'dive' into whats working for you and what's not. 

We learn so much, support each other and have a good laugh. 🤠

 

My hope is that you will come away with more knowledge on your own personal swim journey and a clear idea of how you can fix issues to help you be stronger, more confident and more efficient in the water.
