I'm Lou Harris

I'm also a 10 x Ironman finisher, 29 x 70.3 ironman finisher, World Bronze and Silver medalist and 2 x Ironman Kona finisher.

However, it wasn't all that long ago that I couldn't swim 25m in a pool or ride a bike. 

Triathlon has been my life for 16+ years, and now I get to call it my job too. I feel so privileged.

From a 20 year career in Sport Development, I now coach ladies to make their multisport dreams come true.

After coaching 20+ years, I have supported women to cross over 385 finish lines. 

The lessons I have learnt to get them to the start and finish line has been hugely valuable. 

After running many successful group programmes, I have decided I love the extra support this gives athletes on their journey. Triathlon may be an individual sport, but there is no reason to go it alone!

I have condensed my experience and that of hundreds of women of all abilities, and turned it into this Ironman Programme.
