I'm Lou Harris
MOJO HEAD COACH AND FOUNDER
I'm also a 10 x Ironman finisher, 29 x 70.3 ironman finisher, World Bronze and Silver medalist and 2 x Ironman Kona finisher.
However, it's running that brought me to triathlon and it's running that remains my true love.
Triathlon & running have been my life for 16+ years, and now I get to call it my job too. I feel so privileged.
Back in 2017 I decided to see how far i could push my running in preparation for London 2018. With a 20 minute pb I managed to run a 3hour 2 minute marathon, something I will always be proud of.
After a 20 year career in Sport Development, I now get the chance to coach ladies like you to believe in their dreams and make them come true, so let's lace up together and have some fun! 👟

I have supported women to cross over 385 finish lines in the past 10 years.
The lessons I have learnt to get them to the start and finish line has been hugely valuable.
After running many successful running challenges & programmes, I have decided I love the group dynamics this gives athletes on their journey. Running may be an individual sport, but there is no reason to go it alone!
I have condensed my experience and that of hundreds of women of all abilities, and turned it into this brand new Marathon Club.
Together we will tick off one training session at a time, until that finish line carpet, and the healthy lifestyle you dreamed of, is in front of us!

step ONE
Welcome
In this step you will feel welcomed and clear on what the programme entails and what excitement lies ahead.....
- We start when you are ready. But we recommend at least a 5 month plan for marathon training and 3 months for half marathon.
- Download the training plan app, the Mojo Club app and get guidance on how to use them to support your training journey.
- You will get access to the dedicated section in our app to meet other Marathon Club participants.
- Coach Lou will be on hand to help you get set up and understand your training plan.


step TWO
Your Training Plan
In this module, you’ll learn in more detail all about how to use your dedicated Training Plan....
- Expert support on how to use your plan to get the best results.
- Work out all the functions of Training Peaks Premium to help you analyse your sessions.
- Attend one of our coaching calls to hear in person and ask questions about your training plan.
step THREE
It's All In The Skills
In this module, you’ll learn all about skills and techniques of running a marathon or half marathon.
- Pacing, energy systems, warming up, nutrition.
- Learn essential skills via group coaching calls, resources in our app or at one of our skills days and weekends.
- Learn. Do. Review. It's that simple. We will give you the tools to practice this many times within a safe space. Allowing you to become your best.
- Booking a call with Coach Lou is always an option whenever you need some extra help. You are never alone.


step FOUR
Race specific training
In this module, you'll be working through your training, becoming the fittest and strongest version of yourself, with race day in mind...
- Specific sessions that will help you deal with everything race day brings.
- Safe environment to practice, fail, learn and excel.
- Coaching calls, resources and Q&A's on race day kit requirements, packing, timings, mindset, nutrition & more.
step FIVE
Race day is Pay Day!
The hard work is done. Now go be your fabulous self on race day ready for that finish line feeling...
- Tactics for a successful day. Calming nerves, fixing issues and getting into a positive mindset!
- A coaching call with a fabulous sport psychologist to help you with race day mindset.
- Nutrition for race day, tried and tested through your training.
- Cheered on by your friends, family and Marathon Club mates, you will embrace that finish line and medal with pride.
