IT'S BACK! After 5 years of successful Mojo Run Challenges, it's back for another year. 

 

This 6 week challenge is perfect if you would you like to;

 
  • Set new running goals for yourself.
  • Reignite your love of running this Summer
  • Learn how to run faster with less effort.
  • Meet some like-minded ladies.
  • Discover your love of running for the first time.
  • Simply find techniques and tactics to ACE that run leg of your triathlon races?
  • Stop getting distracted and have excuses to "go for a run next week"!
 

Challenge Starts: Monday 11th August 2025

I need to tell you right from the start. 
You will get out what you put in 🤗 
So if you are ready to commit to 6 weeks of improving your running, then you will get exactly that!
 
 
Each week you will receive:
 
  • Progressive training sessions, perfect for your current ability & future goals
  • Support via our own Mojo App
  • Weekly Videos with me to keep you learning, motivated and accountable to the task in hand. 
  • Personal feedback on your running videos you send me. 
  • Group feedback in the weekly videos and in the group chat (in our app, not WhatsApp)
 
 
And most of all, you will have a lovely bunch of ladies to have fun with & practice new things!

And I LOVE running! 💘
BUT I totally empathise that not all of us find it easy, or indeed fun. 

And that is ok. We often don't enjoy a sport if we don't see progress. If you find running painful or awkward, or simply can't get any faster, then motivation can dip.

I want to hear all about your running journey, wherever you are right now, and where you want to get to. 

During the last 15 years I have gone from 'giving a 10k a go' to competing in Ironman World Champs, I'm an ITU World Champs Silver medalist & ran 3 hours 4 minutes at London Marathon. 

How did I do it?

I found a coach I connected well with, worked on my weaknesses & had a brilliant community to support me. 

PLUS... I didn't doubt for a second that I could achieve my goal. 

So I hope to see you in this challenge and I can't wait to work with you to make your running more efficient, faster and more fun, no matter if your goal is a 5k, a marathon or triathlon :)

Who is the Run Challenge for?

Any ladies who would like to improve their running, on it's own, or as part of a triathlon...

REGARDLESS of where you are at right now with running. 

This Challenge is for anyone who will put time & effort into their training plan, have fun, be willing to learn & support other Challengers.

Commitment and consistency is key to get the best out of the Challenge. 

If you have never done a Run Challenge before, NO WORRIES, Lou will take you through it step by step. 

18yrs to 80 yrs. Beginner to experienced marathon runners. Tri Rookie or Tri Star. You are all VERY welcome :)
