Want to feel and train at your best through Menopause?
Menopause Cafe for Active Women
At Mojo, we are all about helping female triathletes cross that finish line with more
- Inspiration via community, and visibility of female triathletes.
- Education through quality coaching, camps and challenges.
- Celebration of successes on every level.
This is true at any age, and any life stage. Including (and especially) during peri and post menopause.
We all know science and research is late to the party when it comes to best practice for female athletes to maintain performance during menopause.
But not any more.
We are now better equipped with knowledge on female physiology and training needs during this time.
PLUS, we are not alone.
There are so many active women navigating their way through this stage of life, we can learn form each other, make the journey together, be better informed, and have some fun along the way.
After all, we all know we are better together.

Why Menopause Cafe?
We wanted to offer an accessible and inclusive opportunity to learn more about training and maintaining the life you want through menopause.
We have brought in experts to offer insights and knowledge relevant to women who want to train for health and performance, and created a group for you to join; to learn, share, support and inspire.

Hello! I'm Lou
Head Coach and Founder at Mojo Triathlon Coaching
And I'm going to let you into a little secret:
I am not (yet) experiencing Peri Menopause symptoms.
"So why are you creating this Menopause Cafe" I hear you ask.
Well, I am a triathlon coach working exclusively with women. And aside from planning athlete's training programmes, I also really care about each and every athlete and how they are feeling.
If they are feeling positive, motivated, inspired and strong, they will carry that into their training, races, and the rest of their lives.
But the same can be said for feeling down, demotivated, lost and confused. And of course lonely.
If bringing new knowledge on menopause to the athletes, and providing the opportunity for a supportive community to learn from is beneficial, I am very excited to be trying this out.
We don't know what it will look like 100% yet, as it's new and driven by you, the athlete.
So get involved, join the discussion, and lets do this together to become the best athletes we can be, at every stage of our lives.
Lou x
